Mar. 11/2020 – Leaving Kamal Nath led Congress government in Madhya Pradesh on the brink of collapse, young politician Jyotiraditya Scindia could join Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today in New Delhi at the presence of the senior leaders like JP Nadda and Dharmendra Pradhan.
With the exit of Scindia and his loyal twenty-two MLAs, the Congress government in the state fell short of the majority mark in the 230 members assembly. The inclusion of the dissident leaders to BJP must encourage the saffron party to stake claim to form the government.
If such speculation turns right, three times CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan shall take oath for the top job one more time. On the other hand, Scindia will be sent to Rajya Sabha from BJP ticket and be awarded ministership from any portfolio.
However, Kamal Nath recently told reporters that his government would complete its tenure keeping aside all such speculations. “There is nothing to worry about. We will prove our majority. Our government will complete its term,” he said.
